Our 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon was handcrafted from Estate grown vineyards, carefully nurtured on VSP trellising to produce low yields. It was aged for 24 months in small French oak cooperage. You will be rewarded with complex flavors that can be enjoyed now, yet will evolve very nicely in years to come.
