Tasting Notes:
Ripe anju pear, marzipan and crème brulee are attributes of the warm fall. The long cool Carneros growing season provided the crispness and lemon citrus flavors. Brilliant, radiant gold with citrus orange zests and a finish that doesn’t finish. Production Notes Fermentation: 100% barrel fermentation. No malolactic fermentation. Technical Notes:
