The 2001 CROZE comes from Sweetwater Ranch in the heart of the Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley. This young and vigorous vineyard produces fruit with bright flavors and moderate tannins.
Winemaking Notes:
The grapes were hand-picked, crushed and fermented in small lots to preserve fruit character and prevent extraction of harsh tannins. A long, cool fermentation and 39 months in barrel created an elegant wine with true Napa Valley style.
