Steel fermented, this bright wine is filled with the flavor of ripe pear, kiwi and white cherries. With a full, generous mouth feel, this wine exhibits the perfect balance of fruit and acidity, leading to a clean, crisp and flinty finish with definite mineral qualities. A truly food friendly wine.
