Macari Vineyards, located on the North Fork of Eastern Long Island in Mattituck, is owned and operated by the Macari Family. Macari is dedicated to a more natural approach to winemaking. Winemaker Tasting Notes:
A beautiful dessert wine, crafted in the ice-wine style, this wine leads off with a bouquet of lychee, melons and spring flowers to a velvety mouth, rich with the exotic flavors of mandarin, mango and passion fruit. A long lingering, luxurious yet clean finish, with just a hint of honey and a touch of peach lends the perfect ending to any meal. Serves well with fresh fruits, cheeses or cheesecake. Wonderful as an aperitif wine when served with paté.
