Vineyard Notes:
The Lucia Highland Vineyard is located in the Santa Lucia Highlands appellation of Monterey County just west of the town of Gonzales.
Tasting Notes Notes:
Chardonnay form the Santa Lucia Highlands always posses incredible fruit intensity and firm acidity. Tropical aromas of banana and mango are readily evident while there is a hint of caramel from French oak aging. This wine is fashioned in a luscious, round style that pairs well with lighter foods, especially chicken and white fish.
