Winemaker Tasting Notes:
Rich and generous, the flavors of this complex wine are a combination of raspberries, black cherries, cocoa, and Asian spices, rounded out in classic Napa Valley fashion with cedar wood, white pepper, and cigar box. This full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon is wonderfully balanced, and while enjoyable now, should improve gracefully in the bottle over the next several years.
