Winemaking Notes:
Grapes were gently crushed, and put in open top fermenters. After about 12 hours of skin contact, juice is bled off, settled and transferred to French oak barrels. Fermentation is initiated and continues until dryness, about two weeks. We used neutral barrels for this wine. After approximately 9 months in oak, the wines were racked back into a tank, settled, fined and sterile filtered before bottling.
Tasting Notes:
Bright, aromatic and refreshing.
This Rosé has notes of strawberries
and rose petals. A perfect summer
sipping wine; goes great with
sunsets and picnics.
