Winemaker Tasting Notes:
Peach and lime blossom aromas with a hint of straw and vanilla. Tangerine fruit flavor with a long citrusy finish. From a neighbor's certified organic vineyard.
Winemaker’s Notes:
Grapes were crushed directly to the press, the juice gently squeezed from the press and pumped to a tank. A small amount of SO2 was added and the juice cold settled fro 24 hours. It was then inoculated with yeast. This wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. After ageing the wines were settled, fined and sterile filtered before bottling.
