Aroma Ripe melon and chrysanthamom. Grapefruit. Honey, apricot, ripe peach, lime, musk melon, fresh dill.
Flavor Very lush, clean dense melon flavors, pear guava, nectar and peach mild tannin which helps the balance. 20% residual sugar. Amazing concentration of complex flavors.
Balance Quite sweet, almost a dessert wine. Moderate acid. Great acidity.
