Aroma Distinctive dried apricot and rose with traces of eucalyptus. Intense red fruit and the signature gunpowder tea.
Flavor Tough, unresolved hard, chunky, rustic tannins. Licorice, guava. Outgoing cowboy charm, a little rough around the edges.
Balance Often high in alcohol, but nevertheless possess an angular minerality.
