Aroma Star jasmin and lilac perfumes, ripe pear aromas. Very fresh.
Flavor Light and refreshing, but with a delicate richness borne of its perfume. A wonderful accompaniment to asian foods such as thai or sushi.
Balance Light, delicate and long. Crisp acidity. Dry or off-dry. low to moderate alcohol.

Oenological No malolactic, no oak.
Viticultural Cool conditions, long day length develop aromas which are not seen in lower latitudes.
