Appearance Brilliant. Light straw to green/gold.
Aroma Slightly reduced petroleum to pine pitch punctuated with subtle Alyssum perfume. Complex aromas supplanting the typical candied fruit expressions of the semi-dry/sweet versions.
Flavor More tart lime than lemon. Sassy acidity and a clean snappy (low pH) finish . 12 to 12.5% alcohol.
Balance Viscosity and follow through to balance natural low pH and higher TA of this cultivar.
