Petite Riviere Vineyards & Winery |
French Colonist planted the first vines in this area in the early 1600’s. In 1994, Petite Riviere Vineyards revived the tradition. Wines from Canada’s oldest winegrowing region are now available at the winery, and at select restaurants in the area.
Petite Riviere Vineyards uses only grapes from the LaHave River Valley. Our poor rocky soil and long, mild growing season provide an ideal terroir for quality wines. The wines bear the name of this unique region, “Cotes de LaHave”.
