Roudon-Smith 2004 Cabernet Franc

Roudon-Smith is dedicated to the production of exceptional wines from the vineyards of the Santa Cruz Mountains, including our estate-grown Chardonnay. We also purchase grapes from select vineyards in other regions of the state, including the grapes for this Monterey Cabernet Franc. Traditional wine-making methods result in elegant, long-lived wines, the perfect complement to a meal.

Winemaker Tasting Notes:
New to Roudon-Smith Winery, this Cabernet Franc is showing great summer potential. The grapes of this particular Cabernet Franc are grown in San Miguel of the Monterey appellation from ABC vineyards. This is a great summer time red wine with beautiful floral aromas followed by an abundance of lavender and rose.
