Appellations producing the most Canadice wines:

Canadice is a seedless red grape normally used for table grape production. However, its ability to withstand extreme cold temperatures has made it a viable option in some of the Midwest states’ most northern vineyard sites, including Wisconsin. Northern Vineyards, a Minnesota based winery, has on occasion utilized Canadice grapes to make a white table wine.
