Winemaking Notes:
This wine was made of Cabernet Franc – a small grape with high acidity but has a less intense profile and is typically medium to full-bodied. Although it was once used mainly as a blending grape, Cabernet Franc has become quite popular as a stand alone varietal.
Tasting Notes:
Aromas of red berry fruits, black raspberry, spice and earthy undertones accentuate rich flavors of plum and red berries with a soft, ripe finish.
Food Pairing Notes:
Serve with grilled venison, flank steak, roast beef and grilled leg of lamb.
