Winemaking Notes:
This wine was made in the tradition of French Burgundy, including full malolactic fermentation and barrel aging in French oak
Tasting Notes:
Earthy aromas with notes of strawberry and black cherry. Flavors of cherry, rhubarb and red raspberry are balanced with an undercurrent of earthiness. A nice acidity and good structure make this wine to enjoy with a wide variety of foods.
Food Pairing Notes:
Serve with roast chicken or duck, grilled tuna or salmon.
