Winemaking Notes:
Cool fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks were techniques utilized to preserve varietal charcter and freshness through the mid-palate and finish.
Tasting Notes:
Refreshing aromas of kiwi, honeysuckle, honeydew melon and ruby red grapefruit with crisp flavors of yellow raspberry and kiwi. A well-balanced acidity is complemented with a supple mouth feel and clean finish.
