Winemaker: Nicole Abiouness
Nicole moved to the Valley in 1995 to begin learning more about food and wine. She worked her first harvest at Swanson winery, then travelled to Australia to work at Yalumba. That was followed two harvests in france- one in Burgundy at Domaine Comte Armand and another in Sauternes at Chateau LaTour Blanche. After returning to California (and after a harvest at Chappellet) she soon became Cellar Master at Luna Vineyards. It was there she started her own label, Abiouness Wines.
