Established in 1982 as one of the pioneering wineries of Washington State, Blackwood Canyon Vintners is one of the first established wineries on Red Mountain, Washington's premier American Viticultural Area. Since its inception, acclaimed winemaker M. Taylor Moore, a graduate of U.C. Davis's famed oenology program, has insisted on only the highest quality wines, reminiscent of the great Burgundian wines of 50-150 years ago.
