Winemaker's Notes:
We are proud to release our second vintage of Pinot Noir. This wine expresses soft fruit and an earthy character. The brick red color and extreme clarity begin the experience of this Burgundian style Pinot.
Tasting Notes:
Our Pinot Noir has a light body, complex flavors, and a lingering, elegant finish.
Food Pairings:
Because of our Pinot Noir’s light body and earthy character, one can pair a range of cuisine with this wine, from fish to steak: Pan seared Salmon with roasted beet, spring onion, potato hash, topped with crispy Salmon skin; Corriander grilled Ahi Tuna on top of potato puree with baked artichokes; Duck breast with grilled asparagus and raspberry sauce.
