Winemaker's Notes:
This marks our ninth vintage producing Pinot Grigio. Through better awareness to the vineyards and the grape’s potential, we pinpointed its peak harvest target and yields per vine.
Tasting Notes:
The tropical nuances catch the true characteristics of this grape with hints of vanilla, banana and melon. This fresh, crisp wine has a superb balance of fruit and acidity, with a memorable, clean finish.
Food Pairings:
With the tropical nose, the bright fruit, and crispness, this wine is spectacular on its own. However, a wide range of cuisine can be paired with this Pinot Grigio: Asparagus and crème fraiche tart; Crab, basil, and lemon salad in a fried potato nest topped with pea tendrils; Pan seared Sole with white bean puree and braised greens.
