Fragrances of orange blossom and spice emanate through the nose, with hints of imestone, grapefruit, and apple.

This is the ultimate food wine with the crisp acidity and complexity of flavors: Crispy lobster raviolis with herb greens and a lemon beurre blanc; Grilled chicken over fingerling potato and celery root hash with broccoli rabe and herbed stock reduction; Oven roasted rabbit with sautéed vegetables and spatzle.
