Winemaker’s Notes:
The 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon shows great depth and structure. Our vines were farmed meticulously maintaining the proper amount of cluster/clusters for each individual shoot. This technique produces a very intense wine that captures the flavors of our site.
Tasting Notes:
Black cherry dominates the aroma along with hints of anise. These flavors continue on the plate. The ripe tannins make this a seductive lush long finishing wine.
