Winery Notes:
Sebastopol is a newly discovered gem. Once the home of the Gravenstein apple, it is now a confluence of outstanding vineyards, excellent soil, a balance of sun and fog, renowned winemakers, veteran vineyard managers, cream of the crop students from Davis, hands-on production facilities and a passion for growing Pinot Noir everywhere you turn.
Tasting Notes:
This refreshing Sancere style Sauvignon Blanc has a nose that hints of starfruit, kiwi skins, wet river stones and exotic tropical fruit. The color is pale straw. The crisp, palate cleansing mouth feel, filled with citrus and minerals, is nicely integrated from front to back with a long lingering finish.
