Winemaker's Notes:
David Yorgensen, our winemaker, worked with renowned winemaking consultant Philippe Melka at Seavey Vineyard. David joined us as our full time winemaker in 2004 to complete the aging, blending, and bottling of the 2004 vintages and has been responsible for all aspects of winemaking and cellar management since then.
Tasting Notes:
The great color (purple to the rim!) of the 2004 Seduction leads to pure blue and black berry fruit, intermixed with accents of lead pencil, tar and toasty vanilla tinged oak framed with satiny tannins. This wine is nicely fruit forward while retaining good balance in a very approachable and drinkable wine. This wine will age well for 10-15 years.
