Winemaking Notes:
Produced by the Cuve Close method to retain all the fresh fruit qualities Riesling is renowned for. The base wine was fermented relatively cool with yeast selections to emphasize the peach and floral notes of Riesling.
Tasting Notes:
Bright and generous notes of peach, apple and pear with a hint of honeysuckle in the background. The mousse is a balance between the traditional fine bead of Champagne and the more delicate froth of Moscato.
