It has often been said that a Blanc de Blancs is the most difficult sparkler to make and that's why it's frequently more expensive. Larry Mawby throws that explanation out the window.

Principally hand-harvested Chardonnay grapes are whole-cluster pressed then juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks. This is followed by blending with reserve wines prior to second fermentation in the bottle. Aging en triage and riddling by gyropalette is followed by dégorgement.

Call this wine deliciously stylish and a bargain at the price for a Blanc de Blancs. Its unique apple and apple pie spice aromas lead to a refreshingly zippy, zesty and crisp palate impression mirroring some spiced apple flavors. Its Chardonnay complexity is deliciously amazing.
