Winemaker: Mike Hallock
Mike Hallock is a former geologist. He took courses at UC Davis to prepare for a career change. In 1997 he made wine for Columbine Cellars in downtown Denver. He made his first Oregon Pinot Noir from the Carabella site when the first grapes were harvested in 1998. He has made Pinot Noir, Dijon 76 Chardonnay and Pinot Gris every harvest since.
