After making wine in Napa, Australia, South Africa, and Bordeaux, Ted and his wife Kim started Olabisi Wines in 2002. Ted's winemaking philosophy tends toward a more hands-off natural approach that emphasizes character, balance, and finesse. All wines are made with wild yeast and minimal intervention throughout. Ted also consults for Phifer-Pavitt Vineyards, Blue Hall Vineyards, and Trahan Winery.
