Futures
We are currently taking names for futures on our limited release bottlings of our reserve Pinot Noirs.
We will be producing approximately 70-80 cases each of the Apple Hill and Triangle Block bottlings and about 25 cases of our Private Reserve (the above wines will be packaged in 6 pack boxes).
Estate Vineyard Acreage
Standish currently has about 32 acres planted. Approximately 25 acres are planted in Pinot Noir, comprising five separate designated vineyards. The balance is planted in Chardonnay. We are planning to expand the vineyards over the next year, adding an additional 15 acres of Pinot Noir, five acres of Gewurztraminer and eight acres of Chardonnay.
