Winemaker: John Todhunter
John Todhunter is a Biochemist by training with experience in large scale industrial yeast and microbial fermentations. John started making wine on a home scale in the 1970's and moved to commercial scale with Three Fox Vineyards in 2003. He attributes quality of wine to quality of grapes and works closely with Holli Todhunter, our vineyard manager to "make the wine in the vineyard".
