Pacific Ridge Vineyards is a boutique winery, producing less than 2000 cases each year of mainly Santa Barbara County Chardonnay, Syrah, and Pinot Noir, also limited Cabernet and Merlot from Napa Valley. All wines are aged in 100% French oak barrels, from various coopers, forests, and toasting levels. The Pacific Ridge winemaking operation has been based in Santa Maria since 1996, sharing space with other winemakers at a custom crush facility.
