Pacific Ridge Vineyards is a boutique winery, producing mainly Santa Barbara County Chardonnay, Syrah, and Pinot Noir, also limited Cabernet and Merlot from Napa Valley. All wines are aged in 100% French oak barrels, from various coopers, forests, and toasting levels. The Pacific Ridge winemaking operation has been based in Santa Barbara County since 1996, and is now based at Terravant in Buellton.
