Perigeaux Vineyards & Winery specializes in making hand-crafted wines in small lots, with all grapes used for the award-winning wines grown on site. Wines are crafted under three different labels: “Perigeaux Vineyards” (premium and reserve), “Mackall Road” (minimal filtering), and “Patuxent River” (specialty and sweeter). The 2005 harvest produced Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Franc. In 2008, the winery added Pinot Gris and Muscato. The winery plans to release its Zinfandel, Montepulciano, Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon in 2009.
