For one hour at least, visitors can forget the outside world. Only eight people are seated at each tasting session. Surrounded by fine things and served one wine after another, visitors are guided by the “salonnier” through the day’s menu of wines, accompanied by little plates of elegant cheeses and crackers and capped with a bonbon made exclusively for Swanson, paired with the final wine.
