2006 Malbec Small Block Series(Mount Veeder ~ Napa Valley)
Winemaker Dave Guffy is one of the progenitors of Malbec in California and he has put together a wonderful example (available at the winery only). There are blueberry/blackberry jam aromas on a big structure with minerality and tar. Holding it for two years will only make a great wine even greater.
