Bradley Vineyards

It has only been several months since the approval of the Elkton Oregon AVA but the wines of this region have been made here for some time, just under Umpqua Valley, which embeds Elkton. John Bradley has been here from about the start.

The 2010 Bradley Dry Riesling shows pale straw and belies it's age. Remarkably fresh for a 2010, with delicate but intricate floral aromas.

Completely dry, yet silky and lean, admirably well made. A tighly focused line culminating in a long and persistent finish.

Racy acidity and low alcohol makes it perfect for shellfish. With the Pacific Ocean so close to Elkton this is befitting.
