Tasting Notes:
This wine shows a light golden color. The aromas are of citrus, green apple and tropical fruits. On the palate the wine is bright and shows additional suggestions of sweet dairy cream and vanilla. The finish is crisp, clean and juicy.

Variety of fresh seafood, assorted cheeses (triple cream brie, sharp cheddar, or fontina), roast pork loin with chutney, or salt-baked quail.
