Tasting Notes:
This wine shows a full golden-straw color. The nose displays ripe aromas of ripe pineapple and candied lemons intermixed with white peach and accented with nutty hints. On the palate the wine is creamy, round and juicy with succulent citrus and tropical flavors tastefully framed by delicately toasted French Oak. The finish is lush and shows a delightful suggestion of vanilla bean. Our finest effort yet. Less than 800 cases were produced.

Variety of fresh seafood, assorted cheeses (triple cream brie, sharp cheddar, or fontina), spicy barbecued chicken, or grilled polenta sticks in cream sauce with mushrooms.
