Burrell School 2003 Pinot Noir - Veranda Vineyard

Vineyard Notes:
The Veranda Vineyard is located in the southern end of the Santa Cruz Mountains Appellation at a 600 foot elevation. Veranda Vineyard is located at the base of Mount Madonna and is planted to a mixture of Dijon clones.

Winemaker Tasting Notes:
A heady nose of bright strawberries and a hint of sandalwood. It floods the palate with sweet alpine strawberries, rhubarb, ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon. Sandalwood and a touch of toffee are apparent on the finish.
