Graeser 2002 Alex's Ruff Red Table Wine

Winemaker’s Tasting Notes:
Alex’s Ruff Red is a featured wine in the “Outside the Boundaries” series. The 2002 version is a snappy blend of 80% Zinfandel, 20% Cab Franc. This wine is a crowd pleaser with ripe red fruit and berry aromas lifting up with a wonderful cinnamon or Holiday spice mixed in. Built for pure, easy enjoyment, the “02” is medium bodied and full flavored. Wonderful berry, cherry, red currant, and that trademark spice throughout.

The lively feel and smart finish make it the perfect choice at the table, where it will dutifully compliment a wide variety of foods, from pasta and risotto to grilled meats and stews.
