The Graeser Cabernet Franc is 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. Something about this grape just loves our steep little corner of Diamond Mountain. The 2002 displays rich raspberry color, a rich perfume and blackberry patch spice. The flavors follow through with ripe black raspberry, plum and crushed pepper with just the right amount of new oak to show off the spicy character in the finish. The refined tannin and brilliant acidity throughout make this the perfect choice at mealtime. This wine will benefit from 5-15 years of cellaring.

Vintage Notes:
Our 2002 Cabernet Franc may be one of our best vintages since the magnificent 1992 Cabernet Franc, which has just reached its peak this year.
