Kinkead Ridge 2004 Syrah Estate

Winery Notes:
The mission of Kinkead Ridge is to produce ultra-premium estate-bottled wine in Southern Ohio (Ohio River Valley AVA), exclusively vinifera, with great attention and care paid to cultural practices and classic winemaking techniques.

Tasting Notes:
This spicy, intense and luxurious wine has excellent balance, deep ruby color and notes of earth, plum cloves, white pepper, and dark berry. The grapes were cold-soaked, fermented in small bins, and punched down by hand.

Food Pairings:
Excellent with beef, lamb, braised chicken, and spicy cuisine.
