Sal, Retired from a 30 year career in Medical equipment industry, his last position was the Global VP of Research and Development at Covidien Healthcare,2008, since then, he has applied his knowledge and skills in producing absolutely natural wine making process. No additives to his wines at all. He believes that wine is made in the vineyard, his job is not to screw it up.
