Persimmon Creek Vineyards is a botanical gem nestled in the mountains of Northeast Georgia. The cool climate and rocky soil of this 110-acre, 2000-ft. elevation estate have made an idyllic home for 100% estate grown Riesling, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and a rare, exotic specialty, Seyval Blanc. Founder Dr. William "Sonny" Hardman applies his fascination with Vitis vinifera, state-of-the-art technology and devotion to Georgia’s special terroir to produce wines acclaimed by Master of Wine Jancis Robinson and Appellation America's Roger Dial.
