2008 Cabernet Sauvignon(Howell Mountain ~ Napa Valley)
2008 Cade Howell Mountain – Cabernet Sauvignon A powerful, dense representation of Howell Mountain fruit. Olives and dark berries on the nose and palate. Added flavors of bitter chocolate and dusty herbs. This wine is more savory than fruity, with the expected tannins balanced by a pleasing acidity. Best to hold a few years or decant for a few hours.
