Illuminare Estate
NV Seeing Red(El Dorado)
A wonderful blend of Cabernet Franc, Zinfandel and Merlot all sourced from El Dorado vineyards in Sierra Foothills. Bright red berries greet the palate with a spicey set of tannins in tow. Use of neutral oak barrel aging allows the fruit to really express itself, making this non vintage blend a wonderful example of what blended wines can achieve.
