Winemaker Tasting & Pairing Notes:
Medium-bodied, with aromas and flavors of red apple, pear, citrus and
peach. Pair with halibut, lobster, crab, veal, chicken, light to medium
cheeses, almonds, mangos or creamy, buttery sauces.
Winemaking Notes:
Initially fermented in stainless steel then aged 6-8 months in French and
American oak barrels.
