Winemaker Tasting & Pairing Notes:
Medium-bodied with aromas of toasty oak, passionfruit, lime, lemon,
banana and grapefruit. Flavors of apple, pear and peach. Pair with pork
loin, chicken, veal, lobster, crab, Asagio, mozzarella, or apple pie with
vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce.
Winemaking Notes:
Initially fermented in stainless steel then aged 6-8 months in French and
American oak barrels.
